The St Peter Port Lifeboat went to the aid of the Fishing Vessel “Defiance” last evening after they lost all mechanical and electrical power, while fishing South of Sark.

The Lifeboat departed St Peter Port at 22:26 and was alongside the casualty at 22:48. A tow was established and the Spirit of Guernsey and Defiance arrived back at 01:08

The Spirit of Guernsey was back on station at 01:31
